Payment

Tiger Lily Gift Baskets offers you four easy ways of making purchases. Please refer to our payment options for further details. Gift baskets will not be dispatched until payment has been received by Tiger Lily Gift Baskets.

Delivery

Please refer to our separate delivery details for times and costs. To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that all delivery details are entered accurately. Should we be charged additional costs for redelivery of goods due to an error on your behalf, these charges will be forwarded on to you.

Whilst every effort will be made by us to deliver your gift on the selected day, circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening. In this instance, Tiger Lily Gift Baskets will ensure that you are made aware of the situation. Failure to deliver by the nominated date does not entitle you to cancel the order.

Please notify us of any special delivery requests (eg leave at back door if no-one home) in the Additional Information box. We will not accept responsibility for lost/damaged goods after delivery if these instructions have been followed.

Alcohol

Any basket which contains alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons 18 and over.
Alcohol may only be purchased in conjunction with a gift basket. It will not under any circumstance be sold individually.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up to time of dispatch of order. Please notify Tiger Lily Gift Baskets on 08 8387 5926 to discuss cancellation of orders. Once gift baskets have left our premises, we do not accept cancellation under any circumstances.

Product Replacement

In the rare event that a product is unavailable at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to replace the product with one of equal or greater value.

Returns Policy

All gift baskets are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event of product damage, please contact Tiger Lily Gift Baskets on 08 8387 5926 within 5 days of receipt of product. We will be happy to replace that item once we have inspected the damage. A replacement item will then be resent.

Privacy Policy

All information obtained by Tiger Lily Gift Baskets from you remains the property of Tiger Lily Gift Baskets and is private and confidential. We do not compile any information for third parties.
